This is my saasu mom's recipe in her trademark style. She doesn't eat onions and garlic. So the dish is in no onion and no garlic dish but i have added onions in the plating as i like the crunchiness of onions specially in chats. This is our way to keep mother in law happy. So this simple yet tasty aloo tikki chat. No fancy ingredients and no new experiments, she makes in her old and homely style. I love its taste as compared to the outside ones we eat.
