Non-vegetarian highlights include the hearty Mixed Grill with chicken, bockwurst, ham, and bacon; the seafood extravaganza Bounty of Bay & Ocean, featuring grilled prawns, fish, and batter-fried calamari; and the indulgent Chicken Steak in rich Espagnole sauce with mushrooms, a fried egg, and jacket potatoes. This season, Waarsa brings the spirit of the Awadhi winter to Mumbai with its Winter Special Menu. From the tangy sweetness of winter tomatoes paired with charred pineapple in the Ananas Desi Tomato Rassa to the slow-roasted comfort of Bhatti ke Bhune Hue Amrut aur Ananas Chaat, the flavours of the season come alive in every bite.
