 Cucumber and Tomato salad

Cucumber and tomato both have 95% water content. This salad is very easy to make. You just have to chop cucumber and tomatoes, put some salt and pepper and mix it well. You can squeeze in some lemon juice as per your taste. Garnish it with some fresh coriander leaves and enjoy the salad. 


Cucumber and bell pepper salad

Bell peppers are rich in water content too. Mixing chopped cucumbers with diced yellow, green and red bell peppers give the salad a colourful twist. Add a dash of salt, pepper and some ranch dressing. Mix it well and keep it in the freezer for 10 minutes. Enjoy the icy cold salad as your evening snack. 


Cucumber, olives and lettuce salad

Cucumber and olives are a great combination. Well, adding fresh lettuce leaves to this combination makes it even more delicious. Put some salt, black pepper, oregano, chilli flakes and olive oil to it. Mix the ingredients well. The salad is ready to be served.
