Think of monsoons, and the first thought we have in India is chai-pakoda. Isn’t it? We don’t blame you, after all the season is such that one instantly feels like munching on those crispy bits with a piping hot cuppa. But what we often forget is that besides all the munching, health is important, and more than anything we must keep ourselves hydrated through the season.

Excessive moisture content in the atmosphere and sweat on our forehead may make us feel like there’s enough water in our body. But, perhaps, that’s just a façade you might be believing. The biggest monsoon myth is that the abundance of rain does not drain us out with our body fluid as much as the summer heat does. When in fact, the monsoon season may actually leave your body severely dehydrated. And so drinking water constantly throughout the day is about as important in the monsoon season as it is in summers.

So not just water or chai, here we have collated a list of some interesting drink recipes that you must try during monsoon season.
