Every year on May 13th, cocktail enthusiasts and casual sippers come together to raise a glass of a finely curated drink to celebrate World Cocktail Day. Celebrated worldwide to pay tribute to the art and experimentation that goes behind in making cocktails. Originating from the publication date of the first official definition of a cocktail in 1806, the day is now an excuse for home bartenders and professional mixologists alike to experiment with liquors and enjoy a good drink.

Ingredients:
- 60 ml Tequila
- 10 ml Cointreau
- 30 ml Charred Raw Mango (aam pora) puree
- 10 ml Fresh lime juice
- Ice (for blending)
- Garnish: Sour aam papad
Instructions:
- Combine Tequila, Cointreau, Charred raw mango puree, Lime juice, and a generous scoop of ice in a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour the blended mix into the glass.
- Garnish with a strip of sour aam papad for a fun and tangy twist.

Ingredients:
- 60 ml Cinnamon-Infused Bourbon
- 10 ml of honey
- 15 ml lemon juice
- Gal-Gal Foam for topping
- Garnish: Edible Flower
Instructions:
- In a cocktail shaker, add bourbon, honey, and lemon juice.
- Shake well with ice and strain into a chilled coupe or rocks glass.
- Top with Gal-Gal foam and garnish with an edible flower.

Ingredients:
- 60 ml whiskey
- 30 ml cranberry juice
- 30 ml orange juice
- 30 ml homemade peach puree
- 15 ml freshly squeezed lime juice
- 15 ml simple syrup
- 1 ounce of yoghurt
- ½ ounce honey
- ½ rose water
- Saffron strands (for colour)
Instructions:
- Add all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker.
- Shake well with ice until chilled.
- Strain into a fancy whiskey glass on top of the ice.
- Garnish with smoky orange.

Ingredients:
- 45 ml flavoured vodka
- 60 ml fresh coconut water
- 15 ml fresh lime juice
- 2-3 chopped strawberries
- Ice cubes as needed
Instructions:
- In a shaker, muddle chopped strawberries with fresh lime juice.
- Pour in vodka and shake it up.
- Pour over a glass of ice.
- Top with fresh coconut water and stir lightly.
- Garnish with a strawberry slice.
