The biggest event in the cricketing world, the ODI Cricket World Cup 2023, is about to begin tomorrow, and the entire country of India is excited for it because this time the tournament is being held in the country. It is our chance to win the World Cup on our own soil after our stellar performance in 2011.

While the first match that will be held tomorrow is between England and New Zealand, India will officially begin their journey this Sunday against Australia. While all of this chatter is going on, there is an interesting video doing the rounds where Indian superstar Virat Kohli talks about his ideal cheat meal!

Virat Kohli is known as the flag bearer of health and fitness in the cricket team. He has always spoken extensively about his fitness routines and his diet, due to which he is able to perform to his utmost level in high-profile matches under pressure situations. So, it is very amusing to hear him talk about his ideal cheat meal that he would love to have if given a day off.

He begins by saying he will have two whole plates of chole bhature for breakfast and rajma-chawal for lunch. Then, his ultimate cheat meal dinner would include dal makhani and paneer khurchan, along with some hot and crispy garlic naan. His extremely Desi choice proves that he is a Dilli boy at heart, and he still craves the spicy and rich food that the entire city of Delhi enjoys!

He then moves on to dessert and says that he would love to enjoy a hot serving of gulab jamun along with ice cream. Virat has gotten his priorities straight because what better than gulab jamun to finish your delicious dal-naan-paneer meal? And this is not it; he then says that after this meal, he would go out and buy cassata from ice cream vendors and enjoy it while taking a walk. It seems like the super athlete sure has some super dishes on his wish list!

And if you think Virat Kohli cannot get more relatable, he flips the script and says that he would not just end his meal there—he would enjoy old-school style and eat fun-flips while watching television! Starting with chole bhature and ending with fun flips, this entire cheat meal bucket list of Virat is as big as the expectations every cricket lover has from him to lift the World Cup. Who knows, the diet-conscious athlete might give into his cravings and enjoy all of his favourite dishes after winning the tournament and getting a trophy for India after 12 long years!
