Despite being in her mid-thirties, Vaani Kapoor maintains a youthful appearance with her toned physique and radiant skin. Her strict workout regimen is complemented by a clean eating approach, and she recently adopted a vegetarian lifestyle, embracing her love for vegetables. She revealed this on social media with a bowl of salad, saying, "Lettuce eat. Bon Appetit".

Recently, we saw her scarfing down a bowl full of greens yet again. What was it? It was edamame. She took to her Instagram stories to share a glimpse of her edamame beans. On this, she added a sticker, "Love." Next, we saw an angry figurine with the bowl, and on this, she wrote, "Not so happy sharing food."

Interestingly, Vaani has been an ardent fan of fresh greens and tries to eat healthy on most days. Edamame beans are a gluten-free veggie that are often steamed or boiled and can be added to dishes like rice, noodles, dumplings, etc. They are a great source of good fatty acids and are low in calories, making them ideal for those trying to lose weight.

Not just that, they are also rich in several vitamins and minerals and are a great source of protein for the body. Vaani seems to be loving her edamame so much that she’s not ready to share them with anyone. Salted edamame can be eaten as salad, and at the same time, these green pods can be added to your pastas and pizzas too.
