These Asian Cabbage Rolls Are Perfect For Winter

You like Asian food, right? Try making these tasty Asian cabbage rolls at home with just a few simple ingredients. These cabbage rolls include a flavorful filling of rice, veggies, eggs, and ground chicken. To prepare this meal, we first sauté the filling before stuffing cabbage leaves with it and baking it until it is tender-crisp. The eggs assist to glue the filling's ingredients together, but if you're a vegetarian, you can omit them and substitute 2 tbsp of flaxseed gel. For this recipe, any variety of fresh cabbage will work. These Asian Cabbage Rolls are suitable for serving as an appetiser at family dinners, potlucks, and other events. 1. 2 tablespoon vegetable oil

2. 4 cloves chopped garlic

3. 2 cups boiled basmati rice

4. 1/2 cup chopped spring onions

5. 2 egg

6. 10 leaves cabbage

7. 1 medium chopped onion

8. 1 cup ground chicken boneless

9. 1 tablespoon fish sauce

10. 1/4 cup chopped carrot

11. 3 tablespoon sesame oil

1. Set the oven to 180 °C for preheating. Onion and garlic are diced, and vegetable oil is heated in the pan. Sauté onion until it begins to soften. Mix with a spoon after adding the ground chicken, then heat.

2. Add cooked rice, chopped spring onions, carrots, and fish sauce once the chicken has finished cooking. After cooking for 5-7 minutes, crack the eggs. Stir everything together thoroughly. Cook until finished, then turn off the heat.

3. Three spoonfuls of filling should be placed in the centre of one full cabbage leaf before it is rolled up like a burrito, enclosing the ends. Use all the cabbage leaves to make rolls.

4. The rolls should be placed in a greased baking dish, covered with foil, and baked for 20 minutes. Serve the heated rolls with the dip of your choice once they have baked. Enjoy!
