Tamarind Juice

Ingredients

  • 10 gm tamarind
  • 2 glasses of water
  • 3 to 4 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp black salt
  • Ice cubes

Method

  • Take tamarinds and wash them. Remove all the seeds.
  • Take a pan and add water. Let it boil.
  • Add seedless tamarind into the water and let it boil on a high flame.
  • After 5 to 6 minutes, turn off the flame and let it cool for some time.
  • Filter the drink and pour it into a glass.
  • Add honey and mix well.
  • Add ice cubes to the glass and serve.
