Chicken Malai Seekh Kebab

Ingredients:

  1. Chicken mince - 400 grams
  2. Ginger-garlic paste - 2 tsp
  3. Salt - according to taste
  4. Bread powder - 1 cup
  5. Chaat masala - 1 tsp
  6. Black pepper - 1 tsp
  7. Onion - 2 chopped
  8. Cream - 3 tsp

Method: 

  1. First, put all the ingredients except chicken in a mixer and grind them well.
  2. Now take out the mixture in a vessel, add oil, chicken and beat it well.
  3. After this, make it in the shape of kebabs and cook it in the oven for about 10 minutes.
  4. Cook it for two more minutes by adding cream on top.
  5. Serve chicken malai seekh kebabs with onions on a plate.

Mango Cocktail

Ingredients:

  1. Sour-sweet syrup-14 ml
  2. Fresh mango-3 pieces
  3. Ginger - 1 inch grated
  4. Lemon juice - 2 tbsp
  5. Mint leaves-5-6
  6. Vodka - 40 ml
  7. Ice - 1 cup

Method: 

  1. First of all, clean, peel the mango, and separate the pulp from the mango after peeling.
  2. Now put mango pulp, sour-sweet syrup, ginger with vodka in a vessel and mix it well.
  3. After mixing, add lemon juice, mint leaves, ice and mix it well once.
  4. Now pour this mixture into a margarita glass and serve it with mint on top.

Soya Moong Bhaji

Ingredients:

  1. Green chillies-2 finely chopped
  2. Green moong dal - 200 grams
  3. Salt-according to taste
  4. Coriander leaves-2 tsp
  5. Soyabean-100 grams
  6. Onion-2 chopped

Method: 

  1. First, soak green moong dal in the water a day before and keep it.
  2. Take it out of the water, grind it coarsely, and keep the batter in a vessel the next day.
  3. Now heat oil, add onion, green chilli, salt, half a cup of water and cook it in a pan.
  4. After cooking for some time, put the prepared batter and soybean in it and cook until golden.
