Wondering how to make Tandoori Chicken Pasta at home? Start by marinating the chicken. Then, place it in the refrigerator for a few hours. After that, grill it or bake it in an oven, covered with a foil. You can also use leftover Tandoori Chicken or do this step ahead of time to save time and effort. Meanwhile, cook the pasta in salted water until boiled perfectly. Drain the water and keep the pasta aside. Now, take a pan, and heat pasta sauce, garlic, oregano, and yoghurt. Add shredded Tandoori Chicken, pasta and diced pepper. Stir for some time, and you’ll have a yummy Tandoori Chicken Pasta ready. 

Here’s the detailed recipe: 

Ingredients:

  • 250 gm chicken fillet 
  • ½ tsp garlic (crushed) 
  • ½ tbsp lemon juice 
  • ½ tbsp butter (melted) 
  • ½ tsp red chilli powder 
  • ½ tsp ginger-garlic masala 
  • 1 tbsp tandoori masala 
  • Salt, to taste 
  • A pinch of red food colouring 
  • ½ cup curd 
  • 100 gm pasta 
  • ½ tbsp oil 
  • ½ tsp black pepper 
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 100 ml pasta sauce 

Method:

  • Marinate the chicken with all the spices, herbs, and curd.
  • Then, place it in the refrigerator for a few hours. 
  • When finished, grill it or bake it in an oven, covered with a foil. 
  • Meanwhile, cook the pasta in salted water until boiled perfectly. 
  • Drain the pasta and keep it aside. 
  • Now, take a pan and heat pasta sauce, garlic, oregano, and yoghurt. 
  • Add shredded tandoori chicken, pasta, and diced pepper. Stir for some time. 
  • Toss the pasta with the sauce and garnish with mint leaves. 
  • Tandoor chicken pasta is ready to be served.
