Opening batsmen Shubman Gill and Ishan Kishan made the most of their down time in West Indies, ahead of the new Test series, by going out together for a meal. Dressed in printed shirts, the two men enjoyed some tropical cocktails and a large platter of three different types of sushi. Shubman shared some glimpses of their meal on social media, where they genuinely seemed to enjoy each other’s company.
Ishan also took to his Instagram to share the photographs with a caption saying, “Certified sushi lovers.” The colourful sushi platter was adorned with a tempura sushi of some kind, a tuna variety and lots of pickled ginger on the side. Both cricketers were all smiles and appeared relaxed while enjoying their meal. Impressed by their stylish turnouts, their colleagues like Suresh Raina and Kamlesh Singh Nagarkoti left comments cheering the men on.
