Shahid Kapoor Gives A Wafflesome Start To The Weekend

On a recent chat show, Shahid Kapoor expressed how he managed to land up in an arranged marriage as well as how he has a spiritual side to him due to which he is a vegetarian. Moreover, he’s also a fitness freak like his wife, Mira Kapoor. Surprisingly, he gave in to his sweet tooth this time. What was he having? You’ll find out. 

The Jersey actor is known for maintaining a jaw-dropping physique even after becoming a father of two. While he does follow a strict, healthy diet comprising mostly of homemade food, this weekend, he has other plans. The actor starts the weekend of a sweet note with a table full of waffles. He posted a picture of himself on his Instagram feed where he was seen sticking out a tongue and looking away from the camera while holding a bite of waffles in one hand. 

On the plate, we could see bunch of waffles, dusted off with powdered sugar and a bowl of chocolate sauce. While his plate looked all messy, Shahid looked too adorable while he tried to tease us with this picture. He captions it saying, “Goodmoring #weekendvibes”. Seems like he too, like many actors, believes in the concept of having dessert for breakfast.

This reminds us of 41-year-old actor’s European vacation with the boys. During his trip, he tempted us with plenty of delectable treats, especially the ones he had in France. There were bagels, cheesecakes and lots of coffee. Coffee is actually his go-to beverage that he is often seen drinking during shoots on set. Not just sweet meats, he also likes savoury dishes. He was quite relieved when he found falafel during his stay in London as a vegetarian. 

The fit foodie doesn’t shy away from indulging in his delicious bites too. Shahid, along with Ishan Khattar and Kunal Kemmu, was seen digging into a cone full of fries, topped with mayo and ketchup called Dutch fries. While he keeps his cravings satiated most of the times, he knows how to balance it well with his fitness regime and diet plan.
