  7. Gram flour - 2 tsp
  8. Salt - as per taste
  9. Vinegar - 1/2 tsp
  10. Jackfruit - 3 cups
  11. Cornflour - 1 tsp
  12. Garlic bud - 3-4
  13. Oil - 3 tsp

How to make jackfruit kofta manchurian?

  1. First, peel the jackfruit, boil it in a cooker, and take it out in a vessel.
  2. Now add gram flour light salt, mash it well, and make balls out of this mixture in a round shape.
  3. Deep fry the jackfruit balls in a pan in heated oil and take them out.
  4. Heat oil in another pan, add onion, capsicum, ginger-garlic paste, sauce, etc., all the ingredients and cook till it becomes soft.
  5. After cooking for about 7-8 minutes, put the fried jackfruit balls in it and after cooking for some time, turn off the gas.

  1. Peel, cut the potatoes, put them in a vessel, boil for some time, and take them out.
