But now I am worried about what to serve with tea or tomorrow's breakfast. Are you dealing with the same situation? Then today, I have come up with some recipes for delicious kebabs, which can be prepared in a few minutes and served to your guests at home. You can also easily make it for your family as it doesn't require multiple ingredients. So, let's know more about these kebabs.



  1. Soya - 2 cups
  2. Onion - 1 chopped
  3. Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
  4. Salt - according to taste
  5. Vinegar - 1 tsp
  6. Garlic paste - 1/tsp
  7. Oil - 1 cup
  8. Coriander powder - 1/2 tsp
  9. Turmeric -1/2 tsp
  10. Ginger paste-1/tsp

How to make soya kebabs?

  1. First of all, after soaking the soya in water for about 5 to 6 minutes, take it out in a vessel.
  2. After removing from water, grind soya, ginger-garlic paste, red chilli powder, salt, coriander powder, black pepper in a mixer and grind them well.
  3. After taking it out in a vessel, add vinegar to it and keep it for at least 5 to 7 minutes.
  4. After 7 minutes, take a light mixture, shape it like a kebab, and keep it in a vessel. In a pan, put oil to heat up.
  5. Add the kebabs and fry them until both sides are golden as the oil gets hot. After frying, take the kebabs out on a plate and serve them to the guests.



  1. Boiled corn - 200 grams
  2. Potato - 4 boiled
  3. Oil - 1 cup
  4. Green chilli - 3 chopped
  5. Garlic paste - 1/2 tsp
  6. Ginger paste - 1/2 tsp
  7. Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
  8. Garam masala -1/2 tsp
  9. Salt - as per taste
  10. Mint leaves - 1 tsp
  11. Butter - 1/2 tsp

How to make corn kebabs?

  1. First of all, mix the potatoes well with the boiled corn. Now mix salt, ginger paste, turmeric powder and garam masala.
  2. After mixing all these, combine them with mint leaves.
  3. After 6 to 7 minutes, take it out of this mixture and shape it like a kebab. On the other hand, keep oil or butter in a pan to heat.
  4. When the oil becomes hot, deep fry the kebabs. Keep in mind that both sides have to be fried well.
  5. After frying, you can serve it with tea to your guests.

  2. Gram flour - 1 cup
  3. Coriander - 2 tsp
  4. Onion - 1 finely chopped
  5. Green chilli - 2 finely chopped
  6. Ginger paste - 1 tsp
  7. Curd - 1 cup
  8. Paneer - 1 cup
  9. Corn flour -1/2 cup
  10. Salt - as per taste
  11. Oil - 1 cup
  12. Black pepper - 1/2 tsp
  13. Cashew - 3 to 4

How to make curd kebabs?

  1. First of all, dry roast black pepper and coriander in a pan. After roasting, grind it. Now toast the gram flour in the same pan for a while and take it out in a vessel.
  2. Now put finely chopped onion, green chilli, salt, ginger paste, coriander powder, cashew, and paneer in a vessel and mix it well.
  3. Add roasted gram flour, curd, ground black pepper and coriander in this blend, mix it well and keep it aside.
  4. After a while, make kebabs out of this mixture while putting oil in a pan for heating.
  5. As soon as the oil becomes hot, fry the kebabs till they turn golden and take them out on a plate and serve.
