CHICKEN MANCHURIAN

Ingredients

  1. Manchurian powder - 1 tsp 
  2. Onion - 2 finely chopped
  3. Salt - according to taste
  4. Tomato puree - 1/2 tsp
  5. Capsicum - 1 chopped
  6. Green chilli - chopped
  7. Ginger paste - 1/2 tsp
  8. Chicken - 200 grams
  9. Garlic paste - 1/2 tsp
  10. Soy sauce - 1/2 tsp
  11. Vinegar - 1/2 tsp
  12. Cornflour - 2 tsp
  13. Egg - 2 beaten
  14. Flour - 1/3 cup
  15. Oil - 2 tsp

How to make chicken manchurian? 

  1. First, add egg, green chilli, salt, garlic and ginger paste to a vessel and mix it.
  2. After this, add half a cup of water, beat it, put the chicken in this mixture, and wrap it well.
  3. Now put oil in a pan, heat it, deep fry the prepared chicken, and take it out on a plate.
  4. After this, heat oil in another pan, add cumin, ginger, garlic, other ingredients and cook it. After cooking for some time, add fried chicken and mix it well.
  5. Now put cornflour and manchurian powder in it and after cooking it for some time on medium flame, turn off the gas. 

CHICKEN ANARDANA

Ingredients

  1. Pomegranate seeds - 1 cup
  2. Cumin powder - 1/2 tsp
  3. Chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
  4. Ginger paste - 1/2 tsp
  5. Cashew paste - 4 tsp
  6. Garam masala - 1 tsp
  7. Tomato puree - 4 tsp
  8. Garlic paste - 1/2 tsp
  9. Chicken - 500 grams
  10. Onion - 4 chopped
  11. Salt - as per taste
  12. Refined oil - 2 tsp
  13. Ghee - 1 tsp
  14. Curd - 3 tsp

How to make chicken anardana?

  1. First of all, mix garlic paste, red chilli, ginger paste in the chicken and keep it aside for some time.
  2. After 10-15 minutes, heat the oil in a pan and let the mixed chicken cook till it becomes soft.
  3. Now put oil in another vessel, add onion with all other spices and cook till it becomes golden.
  4. Now add cooked chicken, cashew paste to the fried onions and cook for some time.
  5. After some time, stir it once, put pomegranate seeds on top, remix it, and turn off the gas. Then, a tasty non-veg dish, i.e. your chicken anardana, is ready to serve.

CHICKEN LOLLIPOP

Ingredients

  1. Black pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
  2. Chicken lollipops - 300 grams
  3. Coriander Powder - 1/2 tsp
  4. Ginger-garlic paste - 2 tsp
  5. Salt - according to taste
  6. Tomato sauce - 1/2 tsp
  7. Corn flour - 2 tsp
  8. Soy sauce - 1 tsp
  9. Flour - 1 cup

How to make chicken lollipops?

  1. Firstly, clean the chicken thoroughly, mix black pepper, coriander powder, ginger-garlic paste, and keep it in the fridge for some time.
  2. Take another vessel, add all-purpose flour, cornflour, chilli powder, chilli sauce, soy sauce, light salt and mix it well.
  3. Now put the chicken (kept in the fridge) in this batter and mix it well.
  4. Now in a pan, heat oil, deep fry the chicken, and cover the chicken from one side with foil paper.
  5. Chicken lollipop is ready to serve.
