Sara Ali Khan Shares Berry-licous Plate With French Riviera

Actress Sara Ali Khan is killing it at this year's Cannes Film Festival in more ways than one. The actress made her red-carpet debut on Tuesday and has been slaying ever since. Sara recently shared a photo of herself on Instagram snacking on a bowl of fruits—including strawberries and blueberries, while relaxing on The French Riviera and taking in the view. It's hard to overstate the beauty of the golden hour at the beach, when the air is crisp, and the sun is setting above the horizon. Having your favourite snacks around also makes for a more pleasurable day at the beach.

Not just this, in another video posted by Condé Nast Traveller India where they asked Sara, What are her favorite places to eat in Cannes? She said, “My favorite place is to eat, so I think there's a place called La Môme. We went there for lunch and then I took everybody there for dinner. I don't know if it's safe to say we crashed the party, but I'm gonna say it because we did. I made my whole team crash a party with me. It was a lot of fun. We ate a lot of free food, and it was delicious." Looks like the actress is having the most of her time at Cannes.

So, what if you're not at the beach or at Cannes? You can still experience the benefits of berries. Berries are a delectable treat that not only satiates your hunger but also satisfies your sweet tooth with its innate sweetness. Berries are a top source of antioxidants among fruits, making them a must-have in your summer diet when they are in season. During the summer season, it is essential to savour the delectable flavours of these five types of berries.

Strawberries, the red berry of summer, are juicy and sweet. They're great eaten raw or cooked into a variety of sweet and savoury treats because of their high levels of antioxidants, vitamin C, and fibre.

Blueberries are a type of berry that is high in fibre, vitamin C, and antioxidants despite its small size. Their potential health benefits, such as enhanced cognitive abilities and lower rates of chronic disease, have made them widely known.

Blackberries are petite, deep-hued fruits that boast a wealth of antioxidants, vitamins, and fibre. These delectable fruits boast a delightful balance of sweetness and tanginess, making them a popular choice for enjoying fresh, incorporating into desserts, or using as a delectable topping.

Raspberries are a luscious fruit with a vibrant red hue, renowned for their delectable balance of sweet and tart flavours. These delectable morsels are brimming with a plethora of antioxidants, fibre, and essential vitamins. These versatile fruits are commonly consumed fresh, but also make for a delightful addition to jams, desserts, salads, and smoothies.
