Dosa has a huge fanbase and we just cannot disagree on this. Not only us, but even Priyanka Gandhi Vadra loves dosa. During her recent visit to Karnataka, Priyanka Gandhi Vadra visited the famous Mylari Hotel in Mysuru. Accompanied by Congress State Chief DK Shivakumar, Karnataka in-charge Randeep Singh Surjewala and others, Priyanka Gandhi not just enjoyed a traditional South Indian meal but also made dosas in the restaurant’s kitchen. She also interacted with the hotel staff and had fun conversations with some children there.
Priyanka Gandhi shared a glimpse of her making the dosa at the famous Mylari Hotel. Mylari Hotel is one of the oldest and popular restaurants in Mysuru which serves the authentic South Indian food. In the video posted by Gandhi on her Twitter handle, she is seen cooking dosa in the restaurant’s kitchen. She first fills up a round bowl with dosa batter stored in a container and spreads it in circles on the flat cooktop heated using burning coal fire. She then flips the dosas using a spatula.
Priyanka Gandhi shared a picture and videos on her Instagram account too. She was seen seated at the restaurant while having her meal on a banana leaf, the traditional way. Congress General Secretary Priyanka Gandhi Vadra captioned her Instagram post as ‘Enjoyed making dosas with the legendary Mylari Hotel owners this morning….what a shining example of honest, hard work and enterprise. Thank you for your gracious hospitality. The dosas were delicious too…can’t wait to bring my daughter to Mysuru to try them’.
