These Paneer Recipes Are Perfect For Your Untimed Cravings

Paneer is one such ingredient that I use almost every day in my kitchen. I like paneer pakora, paneer paratha and paneer curry, among all the recipes. Apart from this, I also love to prepare various types of sweets made from paneer. So, if you're also looking for some tasty and healthy dishes, we will tell you about some wonderful recipes prepared using paneer in this article. You can even surprise your kids by making these dishes on special occasions such as their birthday parties. So let’s dig into these recipes.

PANEER PULAO

Ingredients:

  1. Black pepper powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  2. Coriander leaves -1 teaspoon
  3. Ginger paste - 1/2 tsp
  4. Paneer - 150 grams
  5. Ghee - 2 teaspoon
  6. Rice - 150 grams
  7. Lemon - 1/2 part
  8. Peas - 1/2 cup
  9. Cardamom - 2
  10. Salt - to taste

Method:

  1. Wash the rice and soak it in water for some time
  2. Heat oil in a pan, cut the slab of paneer into pieces, fry until it becomes light brown and take it out in a vessel
  3. Heat ghee in a cooker, add all the ingredients and cook the soaked rice
  4. After some time, add the paneer pieces, cardamom to this rice and cook it on medium flame
  5. Squeeze lemon on top of it and garnish it with some coriander leaves
  6. Your paneer pulao is ready to serve.

PANEER MALAI TIKKA

Ingredients:

  1. Black pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
  2. Coriander leaves - 1/2 tsp
  3. Chaat masala - 1/2 tsp
  4. Lemon juice - to taste
  5. Paneer - 150 grams
  6. Tomato - 1 chopped
  7. Salt - as per taste
  8. Cream - 1/2 cup
  9. Oil - 1/2 cup

Method:

  1. Cut the paneer slab into pieces and keep it aside
  2. Heat oil and lightly fry the paneer pieces  in a pan
  3. Heat oil again in another pan and fry the onions, tomatoes until they turn golden
  4. Now put fried onions, tomatoes, paneer, chaat masala, black pepper powder, salt in a vessel and mix it well.
  5. Squeeze lemon on top of it and garnish it with some coriander leaves

PANEER CHOWMEIN

Ingredients:

  1. Green vegetables - 1 cup finely chopped
  2. White vinegar - 1/2 tsp
  3. Chilli sauce - 1/2 tsp
  4. Soy sauce - 1/2 tsp
  5. Salt - as per taste
  6. Noodles - 2 cups
  7. Paneer - 1 cup
  8. Oil - 2 spoon

Method:

  1. Boil the noodles by putting water and salt in a vessel and filtering it
  2. Heat oil and add all the finely chopped vegetables to a pan. Fry them until they become golden
  3. After that, add chopped paneer to it and cook for some time. You can also use fried paneer if you want
  4. Then, add sauce, vinegar, salt, noodles and cook it after mixing well
  5. After about 5-7 minutes, turn off the stove and serve it on a plate
