How to make stuffed oats chilla

To begin with, add grounded rolled oats in a bowl followed by semolina, curd, turmeric, green chillies, curd, cumin, and ginger paste, along with onions and tomatoes. Mix the batter well, and then add water slowly to adjust the consistency, which shouldn’t be too thick or too thin.

Now, you simply need to heat oil in a non-stick frying pan and cook the cheela. Pour the mixture into the pan, flip to the other side, and allow it to cook until done from both sides. Click here for the full recipe.
