Ingredients

For inner filling

  • ½ tsp jaggery powder
  • 1 tsp beetroot juice
  • ½ rose water
  • 1/3 cup grated coconut

For outer covering

  • 1/3 cup grated coconut
  • ¼ cup dates
  • ½ tsp elaichi powder

Method

  • Take a bowl and jaggery powder and beetroot juice.
  • Now add rose water and grated coconut.
  • Mix well and combine everything together.
  • Take another bowl and add grated coconut to it.
  • Now add dates and elaichi powder.
  • Mix well and combine this as well.
  • Now take the outer filling and make a small ball.
  • Fill in with the inner stuffing and close it well.
  • Repeat the process with the rest of the mixture.
  • Take the laddoos and coat them with sesame seeds or chopped pistachios or grated coconut.
  • Serve!
