MEXICAN PULAO

Ingredients:

  1. Kidney beans - 1/2 cup boiled
  2. Capsicum -1/2 chopped
  3. Cumin powder -1/2 tsp
  4. Black pepper - 1/2 tsp
  5. Chilli flakes - 1/2 tsp
  6. Basmati rice - 2 cup
  7. Green peas - 1/2 cup
  8. Tomato - 1 chopped
  9. Carrot - 1 chopped
  10. Salt - as per taste
  11. Dry fruits - 1 cup
  12. Butter - 2 tsp

Method:

  1. Heat butter in a pan. After heating, add rice to it and fry it lightly.
  2. After frying, add rajma, all the vegetables, mix them well and cook for some time.
  3. Add all the spices and cook on a medium flame. After some time, add a cup of water and boil it.
  4. When the rice and vegetables are cooked well, and the water is entirely exhausted, add dry fruits and mix them once
  5. Your Mexican pulao is ready to serve

MEXICAN FRIED RICE

Ingredients:

  1. Basmati rice – 2 cups boiled
  2. Green onion – 1/2 chopped
  3. Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
  4. Capsicum – 1/2 chopped
  5. Coriander leaves - 2 tsp
  6. Tomato sauce - 1 tsp
  7. Carrot – 1 chopped
  8. Chilli sauce - 1 tsp
  9. Salt – as per taste
  10. Garlic clove – 5-6
  11. Fried rice – 1 tsp
  12. Corn - 1/2 cup

Method:

  1. Put oil in a pan to heat. Then, add garlic buds, onions and cook them
  2. Then, add carrot, capsicum and cook for 4-5 minutes
  3. After 5 minutes, add other spices, ingredients, rice and cook for about 7-8 minutes
  4. After 8 minutes, please turn off the stove and serve it by putting coriander leaves on top

MEXICAN NACHO SOUP

Ingredients:

  1. Nacho Chips - 1 cup (crushed)
  2. Garlic paste - 1/2 spoon
  3. Corn - 1/2 cup boiled
  4. Onion - 1/2 chopped
  5. Salt - as per taste
  6. Cheese-1/2 tsp
  7. Sugar - 1/2 tsp
  8. Butter - 1 tsp
  9. Tomato - 2

  1. Boil the tomatoes, and after cooling, put them with a mixer to grind
