Arjun Kapoor and Malaika Arora are currently vacationing in Paris, and well, the couple have been setting goals ever since they reached the ‘city of love’. No, we aren’t talking about just #couplegoals, but #foodiegoals too. It isn’t a secret that both of them love food. From Malaika’s mouth-watering breakfast platters to Arjun’s delicious momos, we’ve seen them both drooling over food many times on social media. So, it comes as no surprise that their vacation is full of feasts - a classic combo of burger fries for the Gunday actor’s birthday brunch on June 26, desserts like Mille Feuille, and some more desserts later.  It seems like the couple has decided that for this little getaway, they will forget all their diets and relish all things nice and delish. Not a bad idea, what say?

And so, their feasts in Paris are nowhere close to ending, as the couple’s next stop on their restaurant-hopping spree is B.O.U.L.O.M, a buffet restaurant cum bakery in Paris where the two had their latest indulgence – a French toast. Malaika took to her Instagram Stories to share snippets of her meal at the eatery and declared that her search for the best French toast has ended here. In the story, she shared a picture of herself taking a bite of the French toast, and wrote, “My search for the best French toast ends here..tres bien”, and tagged the eatery. Tres bien is French for the word ‘well’. Take a look:

In her next story, she shared a video which showed us the making of this toast. One can see a chef making numerous French toasts in a pan. Over this video, Malaika wrote, “This is where the magic happens #Frenchtoast.” Take a look:

The process sure looks interesting, isn’t it? For the unversed, French toast is a classic breakfast recipe made with breads and eggs. Breads dipped in eggs and fried in butter/oil - French toast sure spells indulgence. The origin of the French toast dates back to the 1st century CE. Its mentions have been found in a Latin collection of recipes. In those times, French toast was only eaten in its sweet version. Nowadays, you can find the savoury versions too, which were invented years later. Malaika’s version looks like the classic sweet version, and well, when in France, eat like the French.

French toast isn’t the only decadence that Malaika indulged in, she also shared another video showing a whole lot of Indian delicacies spread on a lavish buffet. We can see various curries like chicken curry, mutton curry, seafood, cutlets, and more. For the caption, she tagged her son Arhaan Khan and wrote, “@iamarhaankhan just for you.” Take a look:
