She is both a fitness buff and a foodie, and seems to manage the two really well
Her groovy moves and gorgeous looks will surely make your jaw drop but what makes her even more admirable is her fitness routine. Malaika Arora is one of the few fitness freaks of the Hindi film industry who cannot skip a day without working out. From yoga to pilates, she does it all and follows a clean and healthy diet. This is not to say that she doesn’t binge just as we see her digging to a fancy high tea.
A lover of home-cooked food and comfort meals, Malaika can also be spotted outside restaurants with her friends and then we know that she likes to eat out too. However, this time around, it wasn’t the usual lunch or dinner but what looked like a fancy high tea in Malaika’s mind. She took to her Instagram stories to share a glimpse of her high tea spread. On silver stands, one can see several tid-bits carefully placed on each plate. There are some peri peri corn canapés, parmesan chunks and olives, chicken canapé, avocado sushi cake and shrimp cheddar bites.
There were some macarons on top and some chocolate bites too. The menu looked lip-smacking and Malaika loved it too. The food was presented beautifully, with white flowers donning the stands. While the food looks delish, we are wondering what made the actress indulge in such fancy treats. However, this isn’t the first time that Malaika has shown us her foodie side. The actor shared a sneak peek of her authentic Goan thali that she had at a local restaurant when she was on a beach vacation.
Then, she also gave us a glimpse of her healthy, sattvic diet when she was on a detox trip with her mother and sister in the Himalayas. Her home-cooked meals usually consist of simple and basic food like bhindi, aloo etc. and loves eating South Indian food too. From idlis to dosas and sambar, one would often find Malaika having one of these for breakfast.
