Malaika Arora has time and again set higher goals for fashion, fitness and travel. Her social media feed is full of stunning vacation pictures and photo shoots, but what many must’ve missed is her multiple confessions for her love for food. The Chaiyya Chaiyya girl is a complete foodie, and has often expressed her love for delicious food including a wholesome bowl of biryani.

Remember when recently Malaika was enjoying Biryani made from following Chef Saransh Goila’s recipe amid the Mumbai monsoons? And, we don’t blame her. The enticing aroma of the rice dish is enough to make us all slurp a little. This one-pot delicacy is probably one of the most relished delicacies across the subcontinent, and the many variations of the dish are proof of the same. Haven’t most of us tried many kinds of biryanis - such as Awadhi Biryani, Kolkata Biryani, Hyderabadi Biryani, and more?

Let’s admit that it is quite difficult to resist a plate of biryani, and Malaika definitely agrees. The actress misses no chance to devour a plateful of biryani any day. You don’t believe us? Malaika recently shared a snippet of her indulgence and it may have made us crave some too. In her latest Instagram Stories, she shared a picture featuring a plate of sumptuous-looking biryani along with chunks of succulent meat. It was accompanied by a bowl of raita, with onions, tomatoes, and green chilli chopped. But that’s not all. The biryani was sent to her by one of her neighbours, Iqbal and Shabana, and we are secretly hoping they were our neighbours too. Take a look:

Malaika was so impressed with the gesture as well as the biryani, that she wrote ‘I have the best neighbours...’ on the picture, while tagging the two. Well, we don't know about you, but Malaika's biryani platter has left us drooling. And while we don’t have Iqbal and Shabana, we sure have some amazing recipes that can help cook some drool-worthy biryani at home.
