  • 1.5 Ripe Kiwifruits
  • 1 Ripe Banana
  • 1 / 4 Orange juice
  • 1/ 2 tbsp Honey
  • 5-7 small size Ice cubes


  • First, take all fruits, peel them and cut them into small pieces
  • Now, pour orange juice into the Jar
  • After putting juice in the jar, add all the fruits into the jar for blending
  • Add honey, and ice cubes now, blend for 3-4 minutes approximately 

Important Point:- 

  • Kiwi should be avoided with milk or gelatin
  • And, Kiwi should be avoided with dairy products for cooking or baking because actinidin in kiwis also breaks down milk proteins. Kiwi slices should not be folded into the cream; otherwise, the meringue will not form properly
  • Keep the kiwi slices on top of your pavlova. Kiwi milkshakes often split if they are left out for too long because kiwi causes the milk to coagulate. Actinidain also stops gelatin from setting, so avoid adding fresh kiwi to your jelly or agar-agar mixture since it will affect how effectively it sets
