Easter Sunday always calls for tasty treats and decadent desserts. One of the world’s oldest and most important festivals among Christians, Easter celebrates the resurrection of Jesus Christ after his crucifixion on Good Friday. The festival comes after a 40-day-long period of fasting and penance, also known as Lent. To mark the joyous occasion, Easter eggs are painted and decorated, so much so that these have become a symbol indicating the resurrection. On Easter Sunday, there is a customary feast with traditional recipes such as lamb, eggs, cheese, ham, breads and sweets. And, it looks like Kareena Kapoor Khan and Saif Ali Khan know well how to make Easter an absolutely delicious affair for their kids.
