To celebrate the first anniversary of Yàn Yǎn, the restaurant has launched a month-long culinary showcase to honour the journey and the people behind its success. The specially curated menus bring together distinctive culinary styles through signature dishes such as Chef Kevin's Crunchy Prawn in Pumpkin Sauce, Chef Choy's Jem Jade Dumpling and Chef Tenzin's Bird Eye Egg White Seafood Soup. The experience continues with dishes including Lamb Loin in Chilli Ginger Scallion Sauce and River Prawn in Toban Black Bean Sauce, culminating with Yàn Yǎn Darshan and Black & White Sesame Balls. Guests are treated to a complimentary Prosperity Bao at the end of their meal, while weekend brunches feature live dim sum and Cantonese roast duck stations.
