Chef Avinash Martins has brought Janot to Bengaluru, marking the first expansion of his much-loved Goa restaurant outside the state. Rather than being defined by a particular cuisine, Janot follows an ingredient-first philosophy. The result is a menu that moves freely across regions and influences, creating dishes that feel familiar. The beverage programme follows a similar philosophy, drawing inspiration from seasonal produce, regional ingredients, and local drinking traditions. Signature cocktails include Patoi, Marmalade, Kokum & Curry Leaf G&T, and Feni Colada. The restaurant also offers extensive vegetarian selections alongside dedicated Jain, vegan, and gluten-free options.

Saus marks the debut of the brand's signature all-day dining concept in South Asia and is only the second such restaurant in Asia. Mumbai’s culinary landscape welcomes a new Southeast Asian dining destination with the launch of Seasee, a contemporary restaurant dedicated to the vibrant street food traditions of Southeast Asia. Seasee’s menu begins with signature soups like the classic Tom Yum and Vietnamese Pho. Highlights from the small plates include the crisp Poh Pia Tod, Smoky Wok-Tossed Prawns, and the Singapore Chilli Crab Lajiao. The Chicken Satay, influenced by the charcoal grills of Indonesia and Malaysia, is paired with a rich peanut sauce, while the playful Money Bag offers crisp golden dumplings stuffed with edamame and vegetables. Fireback

Named after Thailand's striking national bird, the Siamese Fireback, the restaurant is a tribute to the theatrics and fire-grilled boldness that define traditional Thai kitchens. At Fireback, the experience begins with small plates like the Miang Kham and the Pineapple som tam. Larger plates include the uncompromising Jungle curry of grilled pork, featuring house-made chilli paste, turmeric and deep-fried shallots. The Red curry with soft-shell crab, fragrant with ginger and lime leaves, offers a moment of richness and indulgence. For comfort and contrast, the Classic Thai Omelette and Green Curry deliver familiarity.

Izumi

After garnering a loyal following in Mumbai and Goa, Izumi now arrives in Hyderabad with its third destination. Taking centre stage in the new space, the Sushi counter serves everything from the Bluefin Chutoro, Smoked Hamachi, and Scorched Scallop Nigiri, alongside rolls like the Futomaki and the Chutoro & Pickled Daikon Roll. Alongside its signature Japanese offerings, the menu features vibrant salads such as the Crispy Aubergine & Pomelo Salad and Salmon & Pomelo Salad.
