  8. Cream - 2 tsp

How to make spinach soup? 

  1. First of all, clean and cut the spinach.
  2. After chopping, boil spinach, tomato and ginger in a vessel.
  3. After boiling, please put it in the mixer and prepare a fine paste.
  4. Now heat two cups of water in another container, add the prepared paste and cook it for some time.
  5. Simultaneously, after adding other ingredients, cook for one to two minutes and turn off the gas.
  6. Now serve by pouring cream on top.

How to make amla ladoo? 

  1. First of all, put soda with grated amla in a vessel and keep it for some time.
  2. After a while, sieve it well. Then, press it once with your hand and take out the water well.
  3. Now heat ghee in a pan, add amla, baking soda, sugar and cook it on medium flame.
  4. After adding cardamom powder, cook it and turn off the gas after cooking.
  5. Now apply ghee on hands when they cool down, make them in the shape of laddus and serve.
