Every day, she opens her stall between 12.30 pm to 3.00 pm opposite Inorbit Mall Cyberabad, and people gather around her to order fried rice, dal-rice, chicken curry and rice, mutton curry and rice, etc. Her meals are not just budget-friendly but also sumptuous, and Sai Kumari’s customers can ask for an unlimited number of refills.

Asked by the city police to shut down her food stall due to traffic congestion, Sai Kumari is quite popular among YouTubers who post videos on their channels of her catering to her customers. To know more about her, click here.

According to reports, Ganesh Patel, Inspector, Raidurgam Traffic Police, said that at least 200 people gather near Kumari Aunty food stall between 12.00 pm and 2.00 pm. They park their vehicles around the stall and get busy ordering food or shooting videos, leading to traffic congestion in the vicinity.

Therefore, on January 30, 2024, the Hyderabad police ordered the closure of the food stall. However, the order did not stay for long because Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy overturned the order. He directed the DGP and the Urban Development Ministry to let Sai Kumari continue her food stall.

According to reports, Telangana CM Revanth Reddy is expected to visit the Kumari Aunty food stall in a few days. He will meet Sai Kumari to boost her confidence after the order from Hyderabad police to close her street-side shop. Sai Kumari, who has been running the stall for more than 13 years now, reportedly opened a new stall near the Durgam Cheruvu Bridge. Reportedly, her husband was disappointed with the popularity of Kumari Aunty's food stall, so she closed it. However, she continued to operate her first one beside ITC Kohenur Road.
