Rainbow Honey Chickpea Salad

Ingredients:

  1. Honey 1 tablespoon
  2. Boiled chickpeas 100 gm
  3. Whole moong sprouts 100 gm
  4. Apple cider vinegar 2 teaspoons
  5. Rock salt to taste
  6. Small cut cottage cheese cubes 50 gm
  7. Chopped red bell pepper 50 gm
  8. Chopped yellow bell pepper 50 gm
  9. Chopped green bell pepper 50 gm
  10. Grated carrot, chopped cucumber 50 gm
  11. Chopped tomato and onion 50 gm
  12. Olive oil 2 teaspoons

Method:

  1. Take 2 tsp apple cider vinegar, 1 tsp oil, 4 tsp honey, salt to taste and mix it in a bowl.
  2. In another big bowl, mix boiled chickpea, moong sprouts, cottage cheese, chopped salads, and the above mixture well. The high protein, fibre and alkalizing salad are ready to serve.

Honey Chili Paneer

Ingredients:

  1. Honey 1 tablespoon
  2. Apple cider vinegar 2 teaspoons
  3. Rock salt to taste
  4. Cottage cheese 250 gm
  5. Red chilli powder/flakes to taste
  6. Oil 2 tablespoons
  7. Onions medium size 2
  8. Capsicum medium-sized 2
  9. Garlic chopped 5-6 cloves
  10. Ginger paste 1 teaspoon
  11. Chilli sauce 1 tablespoon
  12. Corn flour 2 tablespoons mixed with water half cup

Method:

  1. Cut the capsicum and onion into strips. Next, cut the paneer into thick rectangles.
  2. In a nonstick pan, heat oil, add garlic-ginger paste, saute it.
  3. Add onion capsicum and salt, saute it for 2 minutes.
  4. Add chill sauce, salt and mix.
  5. Add ½ cup water and mix.
  6. Add cornflour mixture, mix and cook till the sauce thickens slightly.
  7. Add paneer pieces and mix gently.
  8. Add chilli flakes or powder and 1 tablespoon honey and mix.
  9. Add vinegar and mix again.
  10. Drizzle remaining honey while serving over it.

Honey Nut Quinoa Bowl

Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 50gm cooked quinoa
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 cup coconut or almond milk or your choice of milk
  • Chopped peach/ kiwi/ or other seasonal fruits
  • 1 small chopped banana
  • Toasted almonds, cashews 1 tablespoon
  • 1 tablespoon cacao nibs
  • 1-2 tablespoons granola

Method:

  1. Stir together the honey and milk in a bowl.
  2. Add the cooked quinoa, chia seeds, cacao nibs refrigerate overnight or 2 hours.
  3. When ready to eat, top with fruits and granola.
  4. Drizzle some honey over it before serving.

Breakfast Quinoa Honey Figs

Ingredients:

  • Honey 1 tablespoon
  • 50 gm cooked quinoa
  • Cinnamon sticks or ¼ tsp cinnamon powder
  • 1 cup chopped soaked dry figs
  • ½ cup coarsely chopped toasted walnuts and almonds
  • 1 cup coconut or almond milk or your choice of milk

Method:

  1. Add cinnamon stick while boiling quinoa, cook until the water is absorbed and the grain is tender. Remove the cinnamon stick.
  2. Fluff the quinoa with the fork.
  3. Stir in the soaked figs, nuts, milk and honey together.
  4. Before serving, let it sit for 30 minutes and allow the flavours to meld.

Honey Roasted Chickpeas

Ingredients:

  1. Honey 2 tablespoon
  2. Boiled chickpeas 250 gm
  3. Cinnamon powder ¼ teaspoon
  4. Cumin powder ½ teaspoon
  5. Chilli powder ½ teaspoon
  6. Rock salt to taste

Method:

  1. Soak chickpeas overnight or at least 5 hrs.
  2. Boil it. The chickpeas must be as dry as possible before roasting for the crispiest result, so pat dries it.
  3. Roast in a hot oven until crisp.
  4. Toss them with the seasoning of honey, cinnamon and rock salt.

Honey Dry Fruits Laddu

Ingredients:

  1. Honey 1 cup
  2. Cashew 100 gm
  3. Almonds 100 gm
  4. Raisins 2 tablespoons
  5. Figs 5 nos.
  6. Flax seeds 2 tablespoons
  7. Pistachio 2 tablespoons
  8. Jaggery 1 tablespoon
  9. Cardamom powder ½ tsp

Method:

  1. In a pan, roast all the dry fruits.
  2. Keep it aside and let it cool.
  3. Finely chop all the dry fruits.
  4. In a pan, put honey and simmer until it gets one string consistency.
  5. Now put cardamom powder and mix, remove from the heat
  6. Add all the dry fruits and give it a nice mix
  7. Form laddu from the mixture and allow it to cool at room temperature
