Trippy Goat is set to host a unique pop-up, bringing an exciting take on Coorg cuisine to Bengaluru with an exclusive pop-up by Sitara Cariappa a true blue foodie from Coorg who has also been documenting food habits and recipes of her land and its people. The menu features dishes like prawn curry, pandhi curry, khus khus payasa, dry fish salad, etc.

Sichuan Cuisine Pop-up at Dali & Gala
Dali & Gala is launching a new dining initiative, under ‘A Night at the Museum’—a monthly exploration of indulgent, experiential menus featuring some of the most exciting chefs and restaurants from across the country. The first edition kicks off on Wednesday, March 12, 2025, with a one-night-only Sichuan Cuisine pop-up by Má Là Kitchen Supper Club. Founded by Chef Aditya Vikram Ramakrishnan, Má Là Kitchen has become a cult favourite within Bengaluru’s food community, introducing diners to not only the bold, complex flavours of authentic Sichuan cuisine, but also to art, music, and literature highlighting the shared history of Indian and Chinese culture.
