We have discovered a way to prepare this snack at home by following a few simple procedures, even though we are all used to purchasing it from stores. You may make fresh potato bites at home for your family using components that are readily available.

Recipe:

Ingredients:

3 Boiled potatoes

2 Tbsp oil + for frying

1 tsp grated garlic

2 tsp chilli flakes

1 cup water

100 g rice flour

Salt to Taste

Method:

Grate the potatoes and set them aside. In a hot pan, heat some oil. Add garlic and chilli flakes. Now add rice flour and boil it for a while. Add water and stir thoroughly until the rice flour forms a soft dough. Remove it from the heat. Grated potatoes and rice flour dough should be combined in a bowl. Roll out little, bite-sized balls from this dough using your hands. The balls are deep fried. The potato bits are prepared!

Crispy Paneer Popcorn

The vegetarian alternative to traditional chicken popcorn is paneer popcorn. Making paneer popcorn doesn't require a lot of preparation; all you have to do is season the paneer, batter-coat it, and fry it!

Recipe:

Ingredients:

250 g paneer cubes

¼ tsp Kashmiri red chili powder

¼ tsp dry parsley

¼ tsp oregano

¼ tsp blackpepper

½ cup besan (gram flour)

1 tsp ginger-garlic paste

2 to 3 pinches turmeric powder

A pinch of baking soda

Salt as required

5-6 tbsp water

½ cup breadcrumbs

Method:

In a mixing bowl, add paneer cubes, salt, oregano, dried parsley, black pepper powder, and Kashmiri red chilli powder. To prevent the paneer cubes from breaking, gently stir the paneer. Add besan, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, and baking soda to another bowl. To form a thick batter, add water to the bowl and mix. There shouldn't be any lumps in the batter, and it should be smooth. Dip each paneer cube so that it is well coated. Place the breadcrumbs over the paneer that has been coated. Now fry the covered paneer till golden brown.

Cheesy Sticks

In cafés and restaurants, people frequently order this food. This cheesy snack is now easy to create at home. To create the famous crispy outside and oozy cheese-filled interior, slices of mozzarella cheese are coated with various seasonings.

Recipe:

Ingredients:

500 g mozzarella cheese (sliced into sticks)

Oil for deep frying

1/3 cup corn flour

2/3 cup all-purpose flour

½ tsp Salt

1 ½ cup breadcrumbs

1 tsp oregano

¼ cup water

1 Egg, beaten

Method:

In a small bowl, combine the water and the eggs. In a separate bowl, combine the garlic salt and bread crumbs. Mix the cornstarch and flour in a medium bowl. The oil should be heated in a sizable, sturdy pan. Each mozzarella stick should be covered in the flour mixture, egg mixture, bread crumbs, and oil, one at a time. Fry for about 30 seconds, or until golden brown. Drain on paper towels after removing from heat.
