If you haven’t experienced FOMO post October 27, 2024, you are not a Diljit Dosanjh fan. The Punjabi singer who has prestigious accolades to his name, several feathers added to his cap, and is known for the Dil-Luminati concert, performed in Delhi on Sunday.
From Zomato’s CEO Deepinder Goyal to influencers, people posted about attending the concert, traffic jams, and fan moments. However, it was foodies who had two priorities - watch Diljit Dosanjh sing live and enjoy finger food at the concert. They were disappointed with the arrangement and did not shy away from criticising the management on social media.

If you are counted among those who could not spend thousands of bucks on a ticket for the Dil-Luminati concert and thought they were missing out on a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity, you would be glad to know that you also missed the traffic, terrible arrangements, and disappointing food.
According to what social media users are posting on X (formerly known as Twitter), their joy of attending the concert turned into distress. Gujan Saini suggested people not take any vehicle but travel via metro to reach on time and without hassle. She said that people had to walk a lot, and alcohol was sold even before the concert started. “Food was okayishly available but that also involved a lot of struggle.” She called the management “a complete fail.”
Another user commented, “Diljit was at his usual best but the production and management were third class. Alcohol and water were over within 1 hour of the concert start, pine lab machines were down, poor toilets as expected .“
A user named Siddharth called food and beverage arrangements chaotic. He further added that there were only two counters for a massive crowd. He posted, “First, we had to stand in line just to buy a card. Then, another line to get an order slip at the POS, and finally, yet another line to actually get the drink. To top it off, drinks were served in glasses instead of bottles or cans, causing even more delays."
He also shared that a fight broke out between the management and the crowd leading to the beverage counters being shut down. “There were no drinks or even water available after 9pm,” the post read. He mentioned that if someone added extra money to the balance card for food and drinks and could not use it, there was no way that they could get a refund. He added, “The management could have been much, much better.”
