Coconut Mango Barfi

Ingredients:

  1. Cardamom powder - 1/2 cup
  2. Coconut - 3 cups grated
  3. Mango pulp - 1 piece
  4. Gram flour - 2 tsp
  5. Sugar - 1/2 cup
  6. Butter - 1/2 tsp
  7. Milk - 1/2 cup

Method:

  1. Put mango pulp, milk and gram flour in a mixer, and mix it well.
  2. Add grated coconut and sugar to it. Mix it well, and take it out on a plate.
  3. Put butter and heat it in a pan.
  4. Mix both the mixtures and cook for about 10 minutes.
  5. Add cardamom powder and cook until it becomes thick; spread it on a plate.
  6. Now, cut it in the shape of barfis and serve after it cools down.

Mango Candy

Ingredients:

  1. Cardamom powder - 1/2 tsp
  2. Coconut milk - 1/2 cup
  3. Grape juice - 1/2 cup
  4. Food colour - a pinch
  5. Baking soda - 1/2 tsp
  6. Mango pulp - 1 cup
  7. Sugar 1 cup 

Method:

  1. Put mango pulp, coconut milk and grape juice, etc., in the mixer and mix it well.
  2. Pour this mixture into the candy mould and keep it in the fridge for about 30-35 minutes.
  3. In a pan, add sugar and water, and make a syrup out of it.
  4. Take out the candy from the mould, dip it in sugar, and keep it on a plate.
  5. Delicious mango candies are ready to be served.

Mango Pudding

Ingredients:

  1. Cardamom powder - 1/2 tsp
  2. Mango essence - 1/2 tsp
  3. Mango pulp - 1 cup
  4. Dry fruits - 1 cup
  5. Semolina - 1 cup
  6. Ghee - 1/2 cup
  7. Milk - 1 cup

Method:

  1. Put ghee in a pan, heat it, add semolina and fry till it becomes golden.
  2. Now put mango pulp and milk in it. Cook it while stirring for some time.
  3. After about eight minutes, cook the rest of the ingredients and turn off the gas.
  4. Serve it with dry fruits on top.
