Afghani Chicken

Ingredients:

  1. Chilli-garlic paste - 1 tsp
  2. Salt - according to taste
  3. Chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
  4. Cashew paste - 2 tsp
  5. Chicken - 500 grams
  6. Ginger paste - 1 tsp
  7. Fresh cream - 2 tsp
  8. Lemon juice - 2 tsp
  9. Black pepper - 1/2
  10. Cheese - 1 tsp

Method:

  1. Mix ginger-garlic paste, salt and lemon juice in a vessel
  2. After cleaning the chicken, put it in this mixture and keep it to marinate for some time
  3. After some time, add cashew paste to this chicken and mix well
  4. Now, put it in a preheated tandoor and cook it for 10-15 minutes
  5. When the chicken is cooked, take it out and serve with chutney

Chicken Lollipops

Ingredients:

  1. Chicken masala - 1/2 tsp
  2. Chicken - 10 leg pieces
  3. Chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
  4. Ginger paste - 1/2 tsp
  5. Garlic paste - 1/2 tsp
  6. Baking Soda- 1/2 tsp
  7. Onion paste - 3 tsp
  8. Salt - as per taste
  9. Corn flour-2 tsp
  10. Flour - 2 tsp

Method:

  1. First, put salt and chilli powder in the chicken and keep it aside
  2. Now, mix ginger-garlic paste, salt, red chilli, chicken masala in a vessel and keep the leg piece to marinate in this mixture
  3. Make a thick cornflour batter, baking soda and all-purpose flour in another vessel.
  4. Now, put the marinated chicken in this solution and mix it well
  5. After this, heat oil and fry the leg piece in a pan until it becomes golden brown

Chicken Fritters

Ingredients:

  1. Red chilli powder - 1 spoon
  2. Salt - according to taste
  3. Coriander leaves - 2 tsp
  4. Chicken masala - 1 tsp
  5. Ginger paste - 1/2 tsp
  6. Chicken - 200 grams
  7. Garlic paste - 1/2 tsp
  8. Flour - 2 tsp
  9. Oil - 1/2 cup
  10. Egg - 1

Method:

  1. First, clean the chicken and mix it with egg and flour well
  2. Now, mix the rest of the ingredients in this mixture and keep it aside for some time
  3. Heat oil and fry the chicken well in a pan
  4. Garnish it with coriander leaves and serve
