Since there’s not much time to spend in the kitchen amid our busy schedule to cook breakfast, people usually opt for quick and hassle-free options. One needs something that can be made in a jiffy and is easy to carry and eat on the way to work, like a sandwich.

And we aren’t talking about the toasted or grilled varieties that have heavy stuffing. The easy-breezy cold sandwiches are ideal for quick breakfast hacks. For the unversed, a cold sandwich refers to one that has a cold filling inside it, like that of an egg mixture, chicken mixture or simply, chopped vegetables mixed with cream, mayonnaise, or a spread.

1.  Hung Curd Cold Sandwich  

This is a creamy and delicious sandwich that can be prepared in a jiffy. The curd is wrapped in a muslin cloth and hung in a corner for a day or so.
