Coffee with a cookie or coffee and cake are timeless combinations that should not be missed. But this flavorful bean can also be added to savoury dishes. Coffee can be marinated with other ingredients. Coffee beans can be used to cook food, and coffee powder can be applied to meats as a spice rub-like rub. Ingredients

1. Chicken: 1 kg (curry cut without skin)

2. Coffee powder: 2 tbsps.

3. Barbeque sauce: 2-3 tbsps.

4. Onion: 2

5. Ginger: ½ inch

6. Garlic: 2 cloves

7. Sunflower oil: 3-4 tbsps.

8. Paprika powder: 1 tbsp.

9. Thyme: 1 sprig

10. Salt and black pepper powder to taste

1. Rub coffee powder and barbecue sauce on the chicken to marinate it. Give it ten minutes.

2. Chop the garlic, ginger, and onions finely.

3. Heat oil in a heavy-bottomed pan. Add the minced garlic, ginger, and onion. They should be stir-fried until golden brown. Juices and marinated chicken should be added. Stir thoroughly until the colour changes.

4. Add paprika, thyme, salt, and black pepper powder for seasoning.

5. Chicken should be covered in water once the stock tablets are added. Cook the chicken covered until done. This process takes 20 to 25 minutes.

6. Serve with hot naan and butter.
