Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp Olive oil
- 500 gram Chicken (diced in cubes)
- to taste Salt and pepper
- 1/2 cup Onion (diced)
- 2 Garlic cloves (minced)
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tbsp Fresh parsley
- 400 gram Tomato (diced)
- 3 cup Chicken broth
- 1 cup Heavy cream
- 350-gram Penne pasta
- 2/3 cup Mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup Parmesan
- Saute chicken in hot olive oil until it starts to lose moisture. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Include the minced onion and garlic. Add the Italian spice, parsley, broth, tomatoes, and cream once the onion has turned translucent, and then bring to a boil.
- Pasta should be added raw and cooked in the broth. When cooking the cooked pasta, add more broth as necessary.
- Add parmesan and mozzarella cheese to the pasta's toppings and stir to combine. Chicken pasta made in one pot is prepared!
