Classic Negroni
We can’t miss classic negroni, can we? Some legends believe that Count Camillo Negroni asked his friend bartender Forsco Scarselli to strengthen his favourite cocktail Americano by replacing the soda water with gin. Hence, this drink was born.

- 30 ml Martini Fiero
- 30 ml Bombay Sapphire

- Garnish with expressed orange peel and serve.
Twisted Classic Old Mate
A Scottish take on Old Pal, it is typically made with Rye and swaps out for a delicious double-aged Dewar’ 12 aged blended scotch whisky.
Ingredients
- 40 ml Dewar’ 12
- 30 ml Martini Extra Dry
- 30 ml Martini Fiero
- Orange twist for garnish

Twisted Classic Negroni Sour
If a rich, dark, and bitter cocktail is not your ideal match, give this a try. The lemon juice and egg white tone down the bitterness and brings out the floral flavour of the gin and vermouth.
Ingredients
- 30 ml Bombay Sapphire
- 30 ml Martini Rosso
- 30 ml Martini Fiero
- 15 ml lemon juice
- 15 ml orange juice
- 1 egg white (optional)
- Lemon twist for garnish
Method
- Combine all the ingredients in a shaker.
- Add ice and shake hard.
- Strain into a large coupe and garnish with a lemon twist.
Twisted Classic Rosita
Though Mexico and Italy are thousands of kilometers away from each other, it is a wonder that Italian bitters and vermouth really complement so many flavours that tequila can present. In this Negroni, we use Martini Fiero as it doesn’t have quite the dry bitter punch that Campari has. So, it lets the tequila and vermouth shine in harmony.
Ingredients
- 45 ml Patron Reposado
- 15 ml Martini Rosso
- 15 ml Martini Extra Dry
- 15 ml Martini Fiero
- 10 ml crème de cacao
- 1 dash Angostura bitter
- Orange twist for garnish
Method
- Combine ingredients in a rock glass.
- Add ice and stir.
- Garnish with an orange twist.
Merry Christmas!
