Chef Kunal Kapur’s Nutri Kulcha From The Streets Of Amritsar

There is no denying the fact that Punjabis are the true gourmets and the Amritsari street food is the best in the country. Though Amritsar is famous for a plethora of non-vegetarian dishes, especially the meat kulcha, there is something for vegetarians too which is equally loved and popular.
