Almond basil sauce
Ingredients:
- Black pepper - 1/2 tsp
- Basil leaves - 1/2 cup
- Salt - as per taste
- Mustard - 1/2 tsp
- Almonds - 1 cup
- Cheese - 2 tsp
- Olive oil - 1 tsp
- Garlic - 2 buds
Method:
- First, prepare a paste by putting basil leaves, garlic, almonds and cheese in a mixer
- Heat olive oil and add black pepper, mustard seeds to a pan.
- Now, add more salt to the mixed paste in this pan and cook it for one to two minutes
- Switch off the gas after two minutes and serve after cooling down
- You can pack this sauce in a sealed box and keep it for a few days if you want
Almond cookies
Ingredients:
- Almond powder - 1/2 cup
- Baking powder - 1/2 tsp
- Sugar powder - 1/2 cup
- Milk - 1 cup optional
- Wheat flour - 2 cup
- Butter - 1/3 cup
- Salt - a pinch
Method:
- First, prepare a mixture by adding wheat flour, baking powder, salt and water.
- Now add almond powder, butter to this mixture and mix it well
- Take out this mixture on a plate and keep it in the fridge for some time
- After this mixture cools, make it in the shape of cookies and place an almond on top
- Now, heat the oven and bake for about 15-20 minutes

Almond pudding
Ingredients:
- Cardamom powder - 1/2 tsp
- Almonds - 2 cups
- Sugar - 1/3 cup
- Ghee - 1 tsp
- Milk - 3 cups
Method:
- First, soak almonds in water
- After about ten minutes, put almond milk in a mixer and mix it
- Now heat ghee, add the prepared mixture and cook in a pan.
- After a while, add sugar, cardamom powder and cook until it turns light brown and off the gas.
- Now serve it by adding dry fruits on top.
