• 1 can Tomato Sauce
• 2 tablespoon Tomato paste
• 3 Garlic cloves, minced
• 3 teaspoon Ground Mustard
• 2.25 teaspoon Salt
• 0.75 teaspoon Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
• 0.5 teaspoon Garlic powder
• 0.5 teaspoon Each ground cumin, nutmeg and turmeric
• 0.5 teaspoon Pepper
