• 0.25 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
• As required Kosher salt and fresh ground black pepper to taste
• 0.5 cup Sliced green olives
• 0.25 cup Raisins
• 15 ounce Can tomato sauce
• 2 teaspoon Red wine vinegar
• 2 tablespoon Chopped cilantro
• Rice for serving
