• 14 ounce Crushed tomatoes juice and all
• 14 ounce Diced tomatoes juice and all
• 2 teaspoon Brown sugar
• 1 teaspoon Oregano
• 0.25 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper Optional
• 1 Bay leaf
• 1 cup Chicken broth or stock low sodium
• 14 ounce Black beans drained and thoroughly rinsed
