1 Large onion, chopped
2 Garlic cloves, minced
6.5 cup Reduced sodium beef broth
1 can Diced Tomatoes, Undrained
2 cup Thinly sliced carrots
1 cup Thinly sliced celery
1 cup Ketchup
1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
2 cup Sliced zucchini
1 Medium green pepper, chopped
2 cup Frozen cheese tortellini
0.25 cup Minced Fresh Parsley
2 tablespoon Grated Parmesan Cheese
