Bruschetta is an antipasto from Italy consisting of grilled bread rubbed with garlic and topped with olive oil and salt. Variations may include toppings of tomato, vegetables, beans, cured meat, or cheese
STEP 1.1.preheat oven to 200 degrees celsius. an cut the bread into slices.
STEP 2.2. In a bowl add some olive oil, garlic, herbs and combine everything together.
STEP 3.3. Spread the oil mix on the bread slices.
STEP 4.4. Toast these in the oven at 200 degrees for 5 minutes.
STEP 5.5. Chop the tomatoes into cubes and place in a small bowl.
STEP 6.6. Add in garlic, onion,basil leaves, salt, pepper, herbs and oil.
STEP 7.7. Mix everything together.
STEP 8.8. Put the toasts on the plate and serve with tomato mix and basil
