  • 1/2 piece Hard Crust bread loaf or baguette
  • 2 coles Garlic
  • As required Extra virgin Olive Oil
  • 3 No.s red plum tomatoes
  • 1/2 No.s Onion
  • As required A few Fresh basil leaves
  • As required Salt
  • As required Black pepper
  • As required Italian Herbs

Directions: Tomato Basil Bruschetta Recipe

  • STEP 1.1.preheat oven to 200 degrees celsius. an cut the bread into slices.

  • STEP 2.2. In a bowl add some olive oil, garlic, herbs and combine everything together.

  • STEP 3.3. Spread the oil mix on the bread slices.

step 5

  • STEP 4.4. Toast these in the oven at 200 degrees for 5 minutes.

  • STEP 5.5. Chop the tomatoes into cubes and place in a small bowl.

  • STEP 6.6. Add in garlic, onion,basil leaves, salt, pepper, herbs and oil.

  • STEP 7.7. Mix everything together.

  • STEP 8.8. Put the toasts on the plate and serve with tomato mix and basil
