This is inspired by legendary pop star elvis presley, the creator of this sandwich. So here is my toasted sandwich, spread generously with butter, crunchy, chunky peanut butter, thick bacon fried to the crisp, and because i did not have the bananas that elvis loved in this sandwich that he created, i lined mine with slices of mango! the road to heaven is strewn with calories but it makes the journey easier if you use reduced fat peanut butter, which i did!.
